From Jhoon-


1) Left turn front stance down block with left hand

2) Step forward into front stance punch to MID SECTION with right hand

 

3) Turn around 180 degrees (towards right arm) down block with right arm into front stance.

4) Step forward into front stance punch to mid section with left hand.

 

5) Turn to LEFT (90 degrees) – step into front stance down block with Left hand.

6) Step forward into front stance mid section punch with right hand

 

7) Turn around 180 degrees (towards right arm) down block in right front stance.

8) Step forward into front stance punch (to mid section) with left hand.

 

9) Turn to LEFT (90 degrees) – step into Back stance Forearm block with Left hand.

10) Step forward into front stance punch (to mid section) with right hand.

 

11) Turn around 180 degrees (towards right arm) into back stance. Right arm forearm block.

12) Step forward into front stance punch with Left hand.

 

13) Turn to LEFT (90 degrees) – step into Back stance Forearm block with Left hand.

14) Step forward into front stance punch (to mid section) with right hand.

 

15) Turn around 180 degrees (towards right arm) into back stance. Right arm in forearm block.

16) step forward into front stance punch (to mid section) with left hand.

 

17) step forward again in front stance punch with right hand

18) step back in front stance,(left foot is forward) punch with left hand.

 

19) Step back in front stance,(right foot is forward) punch with right hand

20) hold position until instructor says Ba-ro

 

21) Return to Jhoon - bi
