1) left turn into back stance - double Knife hand strike

2) step forward into front stance right hand high punch ( to face)

3) 180 degree turn (towards arm) to the right into back stance- double knife hand strike

4) step forward into front stance left hand high punch ( to face)

5) left turn into front stance down block with left hand

6) step forward into front stance right hand high punch ( to face)

7) step forward into front stance left hand high punch ( to face)

8) step forward into front stance right hand high punch ( to face) - kea loudly

9) 270 degree turn from left to right into back stance and square block with closed fists (right hand on top of head)

10) step forward into front stance right hand high punch ( to face)

11) right turn 180 degrees into back stance, closed fist square block (with left hand on top of head)

12) step forward into front stance left hand high punch ( to face)

13) left turn into front stance, down block then high block with left hand

14) step forward into front stance high block with right hand

15) step forward into front stance high block with left hand

16) step forward into front stance high block with right hand

17) 270 degree turn from left to right into back stance knife hand strike with the left hand.

18) step forward into front stance right hand high punch ( to face)

19) right turn 180 degrees (towards arm) into back stance knife hand block with right hand

20) step forward into front stance high punch with left hand
